Facility Rentals

Renting space at KRC

Renters are required to fill out and present a facility booking request form. A completed KRC rental agreement is then drawn up and signed prior to event day. A non-refundable deposit of 50% is due upon filling out rental agreement. Rental fees are to be paid within one week of booking date.

 The Kelowna Riding Club (see KRC Grounds Map) and clubhouse are available for rent at reasonable rates. Enjoy special occasions and events in a beautiful setting. There is plenty of space to meet a variety of needs. Stalls are available to accommodate up to 75 horses, plus we have a dressage ring, jumper ring, hunter ring, lunge ring and round pen. The KRC clubhouse provides full kitchen and washroom facilities.
